in the Black Hills of Wyoming, nestled between Devils Tower and the Black Hills
National Forest, the Diamond Seven Bar Ranch provides 10,000 acres of privately
owned, prime hunting ground. Hunters can choose to hunt independently or
with assistance. To maintain quality hunting and individualized attention,
no more than 10 hunters a week are booked (with the exception of larger
individual parties).
The Diamond Seven Bar Ranch supports a large population of whitetail and mule deer, Merriam turkey, and elk. Game animals roam throughout the forested hills and valleys, grazing in the 500 acres of fields that provide excellent feeding grounds. All of these conditions contribute to a 98% success rate on all hunts.
Accommodations are comfortable and provide options of dormitory-style quarters or private rooms. Home-cooked meals are served family style providing an appropriate setting for honing story-telling skills. These factors have built a lasting hunting tradition that has continued to draw repeat hunters for over thirty years, making the Diamond Seven Bar Ranch a "sure thing" for a challenging and enjoyable hunting experience.
